MY NAME IS ALYSSA BELL, NICE TO MEET YOU! .

I’m a certified Classical Pilates instructor in both Apparatus and Mat work, with three years of experience teaching the classical system to clients of all levels. I’ve also developed tailored programs for prenatal and postnatal Pilates, supporting women through every stage of their journey.

My passion for movement began as a young dancer and athlete, where I quickly recognized the need for pain management and injury prevention through mindful movement. I believe deeply in client education, full mind-body wellness, and the healing power of consistent, intentional practice.

Over the years, I’ve had the opportunity to collaborate with a wide range of bodywork professionals—including chiropractors, physical therapists, massage therapists, trainers, and M.A.T. specialists—to deliver well-rounded care to my clients.

Outside the studio, I enjoy meditation, Tai Chi, spa days, and staying active through group fitness classes.

My name is Lauren Carter, though I have to admit — Dr. Carter has a nice ring to it.

I earned my undergraduate degree in Neuroscience with a minor in Kinesiology from the University of Texas at Austin (Hook ’em!). After completing my Doctor of Physical Therapy degree at Northwestern University, I decided to stay in the incredible city of Chicago; however, Las Vegas will always be my home.

With clinical experience in sports medicine and post-operative rehabilitation—particularly ACL reconstruction and meniscal repair—I have developed a passion for helping individuals not only recover, but exceed their baseline function. I am especially interested in integrating my background in Neuroscience and mild traumatic brain injury (mTBI) clinical research with physical therapy to optimize rehabilitation.

Outside the clinic, I enjoy playing indoor and beach volleyball, cooking, and photography, often capturing moments and noting down recipes from my travels.

I pride myself on working with my patients—learning about their unique goals, activities, and motivations—to design individualized treatment plans that empower them throughout recovery. Let’s do it together!

As a Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) and Certified Nutrition Coach (CNC), I’m passionate about helping clients move better, feel stronger, and reach their goals, whether that means making daily activities easier or optimizing performance for athletic pursuits. My approach blends sustainable fitness strategies with a focus on building lasting strength, confidence, and energy for every stage of life.

My name is Chris Hagan — and yes, I’m one of those people who genuinely loves both the clinic and the classroom.

I’m a licensed physical therapist and Assistant Professor of Physical Therapy at Midwestern University, where I also serve as a mentor for physical therapy residency and fellowship programs. I’m currently pursuing a PhD in Health Sciences, which allows me to stay deeply connected to both research and clinical practice.

I’m a Board-Certified Orthopaedic Clinical Specialist (OCS) and a Fellow of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Manual Physical Therapists (FAAOMPT). My clinical interests include orthopaedic and sports rehabilitation, manual therapy and joint mobilization, chronic spine pain, and temporomandibular disorders. At the core of my work is a passion for helping people move better, feel stronger, and understand their bodies more clearly.

I believe physical therapy works best when patients feel informed, supported, and empowered. My approach blends evidence-based care with hands-on treatment and thoughtful education, so patients not only recover—but feel confident returning to the activities they enjoy.

When I’m not teaching or treating, I enjoy continuing to learn, mentor, and collaborate with others in the profession. I’m passionate about shaping both strong outcomes for my patients and the future of physical therapy as a whole.

Let’s get to work.
